Born and raised in Pennsylvania Molly was a professional actor in the age of thirteen, at Philadelphia the Prince Music Theater in a production called The Snow Queen. She portrayed Little Red Ridinghood shortly after in the Arden Theater s Into the Woods production, for which she received the Barrymore Award nomination. It was recast in the production when she performed her Broadway debut in Into the Woods at Broadway, in 2002. Molly was awarded a Drama League Award for this performance. Molly was also a part of the Broadway revival of Fiddler on the Roof, in 2004. In 2008, she earned her B.A. from Princeton University. At this point, that she made her film debut in Disney s College Road Trip in the role of Wendy Greenhut. In college, Molly made her acting debut in Disney College Road Trip playing Wendy Greenhut. After graduating Molly appeared in a variety of Off-Broadway plays including End Days at Ensemble Studio Theater and also in TV shows, including Royal Pains and an HBO Pilot The Wonderful Maladys. Molly has appeared in regional plays like The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee in Barrington Stage Company's and North Shore Music Theatre's 2008 production and the Westport Country Playhouse 2010 production of The Diary of Anne Frank, in which she played Anne. Molly is well-known for her role as Ali the teenage daughter, in Paranormal Activity 2, a 2010 film in which Jack Burditt directed and wrote the ABC comedy Last Man Standing starring Tim Allen.
