Grimes

Claire Elise Boucher is a Canadian singer-songwriter and musician. [2][3] Her early work has been described as going from "lo-fi R&B" to futuristic dance-pop,[4] and has incorporated influences from electronic music, hip hop, as well as rock. The majority of her lyrics draw to science fiction and feminist topics. The band has released five albums. Grimes was raised in Vancouver then moved to Montreal. The singer began her solo career in the late decade. In 2010, she dropped two albums on Arbutus Records, Geidi Primes (and Halfaxa), respectively. After contracting with 4AD, she rose in fame by releasing Visions the third studio album. Visions includes the singles "Genesis" as well as "Oblivion" in addition to being recognized with"Oblivion" with the Juno Award in Canada for Electronic Album of the year. Art Angels, her fourth studio album, debuted in 2015. A number of publications have rated it the most successful album. The fifth album, Miss Anthropocene, was made available in the year 2000. Aside from the music industry, Grimes had a voice character in the 2020 gaming action Cyberpunk 2077 and is a judge on the competition for musicians game series Alter Ego. Grimes Grimes Grimes
